Speaker: Janet Benton | Twin Cities Orthopedics 

Janet was named COO at Twin Cities Orthopedics in 2021. Janet has been with the practice since 2017 and brings with her over a decade of health care experience, including previous roles at Allina Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2003 with a joint degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice before receiving her Law Degree and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Since joining TCO, Janet has successfully led the development of new programs, sites, and external partnerships. She also oversees TCO’s ambulatory surgery centers, patient intake and physician recruitment areas. Most recently she was the Vice President Clinic Services before being named COO. Her focus on practice growth and patient experience has helped elevate the TCO brand to what it is today. Janet’s knowledge of the healthcare market at a local, regional, and national level positions her well to support TCO and Revo Health growth well into the future. At Revo Health, Janet oversees Business and Clinical Intelligence, Risk Management, and Supply Chain. In December 2022, Janet was named a 2022 Notable Leader in Health Care by Twin Cities Business Journal.
